First laser plotter in action

This is a video of the first high-speed, high accuracy, large format laser plotter in action (late 1970s). (There is no sound.) The micro-meters around the plate provides the setting for the laminated thickness of the various media such as film, glass, printed circuit panels, which have been a photo finish.
